I was sceptical but... I really have to say I was due to the critical feedbacks very sceptical. But once I got in touch with Taxback.com I felt in good hands. So, I decided to try it. Because it was either I will lodge my tax via Taxback.com or no tax refund at all. (Cause I tried to lodge my taxes many times by my own and failed every time.) So, I didn't really had anything to loose. The communication between the responsible worker and me was very easy and fast. I got prompt replys to my questions. About my refund, I guess I took around 6 weeks which I found very fast! When for me the tax lodging was done I got one year later an email about my superannuation. They took care of it as well! It only took very long because of the slow working style of the government?! In fact it really made me feel I did the right choice by choosing Taxback.com. If the fees are too high or not is discussible. I paid not a high amount - fee was normal. Plus in my case it was having no refund or getting a refund. Thanks to Zhivko, Silvena, Stanislav, and Silvia who took good care of me!
