US Tax services for Sportspeople, Artists & Gamers with US income

If you’re a non resident sportsperson, artist or gamer receiving income from the US, you’re legally obliged to declare and pay tax on this income. This includes compensation for performances, endorsements or winnings from gambling.

You must declare all US-sourced income by filing an annual US tax return. As you’re classified as a ‘non resident alien’ for tax purposes, you must file a 1040 NR tax return.

In order to file a US tax return, you need an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), which is an equivalent of a social security number for non residents.
